6 Month Review of PaNETma Broadband Internet

Approximately 6 months ago, the office where I work switched their internet service provider. Our company had been using Cable and Wireless, but the connection was unreliable and scheduling a maintenance was a nightmare. Due to the amount of people in our office, we needed a super high-speed connection that was reliable and wasn’t a pain in the ass to get in touch with a service representative. At that time, a friend introduced me to PaNETma and told me to give them a shot.

Thus far, we have had PaNETma for just over 6 months and the internet service is fast and reliable. I have a 2 mega internet connection at home and 4 mega connection for our office. The speed is a huge upgrade from Cable and Wireless because now I can actually watch YouTube clips in real time. Additionally, the service is prompt and bilingual. Whenever I need to get in touch with a service representative, I can call or email PaNETma and receive same day response (unheard of in Panama).
