Where To Eat Healthy In Panama?
I need help. My Panamanian diet while delicious, is making me chubby. It’s due to the fact that my daily diet is overloaded with empty carbs. My food intake consist of rice, beans, and fried food that is turning my once presentable firm abs into the shape of chewed bubble gum. As a result, I have begun a search for where to buy healthy food in Panama. Thus far, here is what I have found:
1. Super G. Is by far the best option for healthy eats. There are green eats everywhere and it’s always fresh. However, they close at 7pm. So, if I am looking for a healthy dinner option, I get the food to go.
2. Casa Vegetariana. Super cheap and super healthy. They don’t have salads, rather an assortment of veggies. However, portion are so damn cheap (.50c) that I can’t even cook myself for that price.
3. El Rey. Kinda of a disappointment because besides their greek salad, options are limited. I’ve tired the green salad but its is rudimentary by only coming with lettuce and tomatoes.
Other than the aforementioned list, I don’t know where to find quality eating options. Please help me loose the fat!. Share with me and where to find healthy food in Panama by commenting below.

I reccomend a great vegetarian place called Radha vegetarian Paradise in Marbella. If you like indian or arabic food then you will love this place. They even have samosas!
It is pretty inexpensive and very comfertable place to eat at. They have a small garden in the back where there is a pool and a few chairs and tables. You can sit out there, eat and relax. you should check it out.
